- Pass initial and periodic drug tests
- Pass initial and periodic criminal and civil background tests
- Possess a clean driving record
- Agree to initial and periodic checks on social media such as Facebook
- Agree to NO alcohol use prior to or during the work day
- Agree that coarse, foul or indecent language will not be tolerated
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Complete and pass a competency test
- Adhere to our Standards & Procedures Manual
- Allow FEDERAL ALARM to contact your previous employers, etc.
- Have a neat and clean appearance
- Be courteous and respectful of others and their property
